There seems to be no getting away for Samsung and it’s products from being getting sued time after time from different companies.
We all are aware of what Apple did to Samsung when they sued Samsung for copying it’s features in there smartphones.Samsung was asked to pay 1 billion dollars for copying patent features of Apple products.Though Samsung has still not payed the amount and the case is still being ruled in court.
Now, after Apple comes LG demanding an immediate ban on Samsung products for infringing their patent in Samsung products.
LG one of the leading and top level companies in display making,have filed a complain in Seoul court to stop the domestic sale of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet in Seoul.South Korean LG display has demanded the court that they should ban that tablet in entire Seoul..
Lg has made it clear that for each and every day they are going to demand 933,000 dollars,until the decision is made in this matter.Lg has made it very clear that they will not let someone use their technology without being sued.
According to LG,Samsung has used their patents in their displays.Samsung has used seven light emitting diode related technology in their products according to LG.But this is still to be proved.
This year Samsung has been fighting patent battles.But still they have won most of it and have proved that they will not take things lightly if someone will question their originality and products.After all this,Samsung still is at the top of the Smartphone industry with some of the best smartphones being introduced by Samsung.Let’s wait for the results and see whether Samsung will lose this battle or will emerge as winners and remain the king of smartphone business.
What do you say guys?should Samsung smartphones be banned or not.I personally like Samsung smartphones for their quality and designs.

What is the matter with LG. I think that they cannot really fight the products of the phone that it why they want to ban it.

Yes, what’s the matter with LG? Try to ban Samsung products?… that’s so ridiculous.
Anyway, I like Samsung’s products too. They are usually high quality although they are expensive!
